Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy


1. Shipping Policy

At Wiggles, we strive to dispatch all customer orders within 24–48 business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. However, the actual delivery timeline may vary depending on the courier partner, delivery location, and unforeseen external factors.

Key Terms:

  • Orders placed after Saturday 2 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) will be communicated during checkout prior to payment.

  • Orders placed during Mega Sale events or peak seasons may face a longer dispatch timeline of up to 5 days due to increased volumes.

  • Split Shipments: Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses. No additional shipping or COD charges will apply on such split shipments.

Courier Partners:

We work with reputed national logistics providers such as Delhivery, Bluedart, FedEx, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ekart, and others based on serviceability.
For large or bulk orders, we engage third-party transport carriers like Gati, VRL, and TCI Express.


2. Delivery Policy

We take utmost care in packaging and handling to ensure safe and intact delivery of all Wiggles products.

Important Notes:

  • If the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged, we strongly advise not to accept the delivery.

  • If your order is marked “delivered” but has not been received, you must notify our customer support team at support@wiggles.in or call +91 84316 20000 within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
    Please allow 48–72 business hours for us to investigate with our courier partner.

  • Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and details.

  • If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product via a reliable courier. Reimbursement for such charges will be provided only upon valid proof of cost (courier bill).

  • Wiggles will not be liable for:

    • Damages reported after delivery.

    • Loss or misplacement of product post-delivery.

  • We reserve the right to pause or refuse deliveries to certain locations based on safety, operational, or logistical considerations.


3. Return & Replacement Policy

At Wiggles, we aim for your complete satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, subject to the terms below:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition and packaging

    • Accompanied by a valid invoice

    • Supported with clear photographs of the product, inner & outer packaging, and invoice

  • Email your request to support@wiggles.in with all necessary details.

  • Refund/replacement requests will be reviewed and approved only after internal verification.

  • Please allow 48–72 hours for review, and 5–10 working days for resolution once approved.

Cases Eligible for Full Refund or Replacement:

  • Missing product/accessory from the package

  • Damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

In such cases, no additional return shipping fees will apply.

Non-Returnable Cases:

  • Product used or tampered post-delivery

  • Return request raised beyond the 48-hour window

  • Product sent without invoice or original packaging

  • Damages due to mishandling, misuse, or incorrect application

  • Medicines, supplements, hygiene products, or items marked as non-returnable on the website

  • Allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with efficacy are not valid grounds for return or replacement

Wiggles reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet the above conditions or if adequate evidence is not provided.


4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

  • Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Discount vouchers used in the transaction will be considered consumed and are non-refundable.

  • For valid cancellations, the refund will be processed only after product return (if applicable) and verification of packaging and condition.

Cancellation by Wiggles:

Wiggles reserves the right to cancel an order for any of the following reasons:

  • Limited inventory availability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Concerns flagged by our credit or fraud department

  • Operational limitations at the customer’s delivery location

In such cases, customers will be informed, and any paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


5. Refund Terms

  • Refunds will be initiated only after internal review and confirmation of return condition (if applicable).

  • All refunds will be made via bank transfer or to the original payment method.

    • Prepaid orders: Refunded to source within 7–10 business days

    • NEFT Refunds: Processed within 3–5 business days (subject to submission of valid bank details)

  • No refunds will be issued in cash under any circumstances.


6. Fair Usage & Abuse Prevention Policy

We are committed to supporting genuine customer concerns with complete transparency. However, to protect against misuse:

  • Accounts showing repeated cancellations, non-acceptance of deliveries, or excessive refund requests may be flagged.

  • Wiggles reserves the right to limit or deny service to accounts abusing our policies.

  • Customer care representatives are empowered to evaluate cases and act accordingly in the best interest of all customers.


7. Product Packaging & Authenticity

  • Wiggles continuously evolves its packaging to enhance sustainability and user experience.

  • Outer paper-based cartons may be removed in favour of eco-friendly packaging. This does not affect the product’s authenticity or efficacy.

  • Minor variations in symbols, stickers, or placement are in line with regulatory compliance and do not impact quality.


8. Promotions & Special Offers

Wiggles reserves the right to cancel or modify any ongoing or upcoming promotions, discounts, or offers at its sole discretion.
Products purchased under sales, offers, or clearance events are non-returnable and non-refundable.
